Some of these challenges are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to drive adoption of HR system?<\/li>\n<li>How to encourage employees to engage with the HR system?<\/li>\n<li>How to encourage employees to follow HR processes?<\/li>\n<li>How to motivate employees for voluntary participation for activities like internal training, community activities, etc.?<\/li>\n<li>How to reward people based on their participation and engagement?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of these challenges find answer in <strong>social behavioural science<\/strong>. Adding <strong>elements of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.happiestminds.com\/Insights\/gamification\/\">gamification<\/a><\/strong> such as points, badges, progress bar and leaderboard makes the participation not only interesting but also challenging. It promotes competitiveness and the spirit of completion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.happiestminds.com\/whitepapers\/Enterprise-Gamification-Enabling-businesses-drive-participation-user-engagement-employee-productivity-and-customer-loyalty.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gamification<\/strong><\/a> inspires and motivates people into performing <strong>results-oriented activities<\/strong>; for example, engaging with a system, program, or service.
