To determine whether your industry sector is listed in the above table and whether you qualify as an &#8220;Essential&#8221; or &#8220;Important&#8221; Entity, you need to identify the relevant local regulations in each Member State you operate in. This will ensure that you comply with all necessary regulations.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #328332\">Why you must comply with NIS2<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If your organization falls under the above category mentioned in Table 1, you must comply with the NIS2 Directive.
