Basis of Reporting

The Integrated Annual Report 2025-26 is our sixth integrated report, prepared in alignment with the principles of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). The report is structured around the six capitals: Financial, Manufactured, Human, Intellectual, Social and Relationship, and Natural, each of which contributes to our value creation process.

This integrated approach provides stakeholders with a clear and transparent view of how we drive sustainable growth. It presents the material issues affecting our business, the operating environment, our governance framework, and our long-term value creation strategy. Our ESG initiatives are led by a dedicated team and embedded in our operating philosophy. (US), Aureus Tech Systems, Sri Mookambika Infosolutions, Happiest Minds Edutech, PureSoftware Technologies, and GAVS Technologies’ Middle East business.
