As part of our ESG framework for FY 2025-26, our social pillar focused on key priorities such as nutrition, health equity, education for the girl child, and member engagement. Alongside structured programs, we increased our focus on member-driven initiatives, including volunteering, immersion visits, and community participation campaigns.

In partnership with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, we allocated ₹ 160 lakhs to provide balanced meals to children in government schools. This initiative aimed to improve both nutrition and school attendance.
This member-led initiative raised ₹ 15.10 lakhs voluntarily, fulfilling 3,300+ wishes across 5 NGOs. It highlighted our shared culture of compassion and collective responsibility.
Partnering with Idhayangal Charitable Trust, we allocated ₹46.0 lakhs to support screening, nutritional counseling, and lifelong disease management for children under 14 diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes from marginalized communities. Out of this contribution, ₹ 10 lakhs were raised from “Run Miles Bring Smiles”, our annual Happiest Minds Run.
