Avneet Singh Kochar is a Nominee Director of our Company. He holds a masters’ degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He is a chartered financial analyst with the CFA Institute, Virginia, USA. He has been associated with our Company since April 23, 2015 and has many years of experience in investment management. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with AT&T Corp. and AT&T Investment Management Corporation . He currently holds the position of regional adviser to JP Morgan Asset Management Private Equity Group.
