Praveen Kumar Darshankar is the head of the legal department, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He joined the Company on July 1, 2015 and he was appointed as the Company Secretary on July 23, 2015. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from Gulbarga University and a bachelors’degree in law from Bangalore University. He is as fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has 21 years of experience in the secretarial and legal functions. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Sonata Software Limited as a company secretary and compliance officer.
