Ramu is Head of Digital Process Automation CoE at Happiest Minds Technologies. He is responsible for conceptualizing Process Automation & LCAP service offerings, achieving business growth, and successfully implementing these services for clients across the company’s business units. 

With over 24 years of experience, Ramu holds expertise in leading technology practice teams, consulting, and managing multi-million-dollar programs. He is a seasoned professional in leading digital adoption initiatives, leveraging niche technology platforms, driving large-scale digital transformation programs, fostering partnerships, building teams, and thought leadership. 

In his previous role at MindTree Ltd., Ramu led the onshore and offshore delivery management of significant programs for Fortune 500 companies in North America and Europe.  

Ramu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala.
